Prices & Authenticity
Maxim Art Studios maintains close relations with its presented artists, whether emerging or renowned. Each of our artworks is priced by the artist. We only present original works of contemporary art. There are several ways in which the work will be authenticated. Most artworks will be signed by the artist and numbered (in case of multiple editions).
Payment
Maxim Art Studios is proud to use PayPal® as our safe, secure credit card processor. By using PayPal® to process credit card payments, we are helping to keep your personal and financial information safe and secure, as your credit card details are never provided directly to us. You send your details to PayPal® (one of the largest payment processors in the world) over their secure server, they send us the funds... it's that simple.

Due to the nature of shopping cart systems when dealing with original or limited edition pieces, an item added to your shopping cart might become unavailable prior to completion of your transaction. Should this occur, we will issue an immediate refund of the full purchase price of the item, including shipping costs, and inform you via email.

Shipment
Artwork will be shipped within 2-3 days from time of order. Artwork is shipped directly from the artist to the buyer. We ask that the artist send us a tracking number, to provide to you and to track online. The length of time for shipping varies based on the location of the artist and the buyer.
All shipping costs are listed along with the artwork description and pricing. Shipping costs are for the Continental U.S. Additional shipping and handling will apply to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and other areas outside of the Continental U.S. Please contact us prior to placing an order for shipping costs outside of the Continental U.S.
No Hassle Full-Refund Policy
We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, we have a no-hassle, full refund, return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with the purchase you have made, for whatever reason, you may return the purchase in its original condition within seven days of receiving the work for a full refund (minus cost of one-way shipping) or an exchange.
If you intend to return your purchase - please contact us prior to the return shipment and we will provide you with a return authorization code. Returns must be suitably insured and delivered back in their original packaging within seven days of receipt, using a trustworthy courier (DHL, UPS, or FedEx). After seven business days of confirming receipt of artwork we will consider the sale final.
Once we have confirmed that the artist has received the artwork back in good condition (either by online tracking confirmation or with direct communication with the artist) we will credit your credit card for the total original charge. This charge will include the original shipping estimate. This means that you will be responsible for the return shipping and Maxim Art Studios will be responsible for the original shipment to you.
In the unlikely event that your artwork has been damaged in transit to you, please notify the carrier (UPS, DHL, FedEx, etc) immediately; then notify us and we will guide you though your options, which may include replacing the damaged work (in case of multiple editions), credit towards another purchase, or a full refund.
